Job Purpose

- The job holder responsible for application monitor: Manage and lead to incidents' resolution process, and ensure services running smoothly
- The job holder responsible for technical support: Deliver quality management and support services/resolutions for users’ issues as soon as possible.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Responsible for implementing and reporting security and order management activities as assigned by the Director
Security and order management, including:
- Build/adjust and implement QTPQ of systems.
- Develop requirements and measures to control access and protect bank data.
- Build, maintain, and optimize security policies/rules/configurations for security and order solutions such as:
Security and information solutions for access identity management (PAM, IAM...); Network security solutions mesh (Firewall, NAC, APT, NetIPS, DDOS…); Security solutions for terminal devices (AD GPO, HIPS/HFW, Appcontrol, Web/mail filtering, DB security…); Data security solutions (DLP, FAM…).
- Appraise, evaluate and review:
+ Decentralization implementation ensures compliance with the decentralization matrix.
+ Allocation and revocation of privileged accounts and digital certificates on technology systems.
+ Exception requests related to identification and access rights on technology systems
+ Changed requirements on solutions to ensure security and order.

Key Accountabilities (2)

2. Risk management and compliance:
- Identify department risks during operations, ensure compliance with procedures and regulations bank regulations. Coordinate with relevant units to handle risks.
- Carry out risk treatment activities according to reports from internal/external audit departments outside the Bank.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

1. University degree majoring in IT or electronics and telecommunications or related fields
2. Have in-depth experience in deployment, administration, and operations in terms of policies, rules, and configuration Security and order in at least one of the following fields at financial/service/telecommunications organizations (2-3 years)
+ Security solutions for access identity management (PAM, IAM...);
+ Network security solutions (Firewall, NAC, APT, NetIPS, DDOS...);
+ Security solutions for terminal devices (AD GPO, HIPS/HFW, Appcontrol, Web/mail filtering, DB security…);
+ Data security solutions (DLP, FAM...).
3. Understand and work well on Unix/Linux, Window Server environments. Have work experience related to databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, ...
4. Have skills in building and using automation tools (CI/CD Pipelines), Git, Jenkins, ...
5. Having security certificates such as Microsoft/Cisco/PaloAlto/Checkpoint... is an advantage.

6. Promote discipline, always comply with processes and regulations in account management and access rights bank access.
7. Able to work in groups as well as work independently, withstand high pressure
8. Know how to plan and manage/implement according to the proposed plan

9. Present and express well (both written and spoken).
