Senior Officer, Operational Risk and Compliance Monitoring (40000834)
Job Purpose
Ensure compliance with principles and high efficiency in monitoring, detecting and early preventing risks / violations of internal compliance and outside interference at the counter service segments / centralized operations / Cards and related CDD services.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Operational risk monitoring and compliance:
- Strictly comply with the principles of monitoring and detecting operational risks / external frauds according to the scope of assigned work.
- Monitor and collect the addition / correction of arising problems according to monitoring results.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on Risk and compliance inspection to handle arising problems (if any).
- Synthesize, assess inspection/ supervision results and make supervision reports of the group.
- Participate in developing and implementing risk assessment and identification activities and propose inspection and control criteria to improve the effectiveness of compliance monitoring and operational risks
Key Accountabilities (2)
2.Personal development:
- Propose system/process improvement recommendations based on identified problems.
- Proactively participate in/self-study professional in-depth training courses, access new trends.
- Support the management level in providing guidance and training on Supervisory Skills for the team experts to implement the department's objectives; build professional in-depth processes.
- Implement action plans in accordance with the division's KRA and as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
1. Qualification requirements and training major: University specializing in finance and banking, business management, economics, financial accounting, audit
2. Professional and managerial experience requirements (if any):
2.1 Professional knowledge:
- Understanding Techcombank's system
- Understanding related products/services, professional regulations/processes of the Operations Division
- Recognize operational risk and financial crime.
2.2 Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in banking operations, of which at least 2 years working to operate services at branches / professional units in the Operations Division
- Or experience in controlling operations or risk management from 2 years or more at equivalent units.
