Job Purpose

Supporting the implementation of the strategy to develop investment fund products aimed at targeted customers, helping to build and maintain a pioneering position in the market for investment fund products.
- Coordinate with relevant departments of the Investment Banking Division to ensure effective operation of Investment Funds to meet Investors' expectations, ensure legality and comply with legal regulations. .

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Directly prepare/make reports of the Fund in accordance with the law or operational requirements of the Fund. Review and check the accuracy of the Fund's reports prepared by relevant service providers.
2. As assigned by the Division Director/Head of the Fund Management Team to solve problems arising daily during the operation to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the Investment Fund:
- Support relevant departments in the process of preparing and performing transactions of investment funds together with service providers.
- Directly prepare/make reports of the Fund to the Board of Directors/Board of Management/Investors for the purpose of management of Investment Funds.
- Support to organize periodic and extraordinary meetings/collection of written opinions of Investors and Board of Representatives in accordance with the law and the Fund Charter.

Key Accountabilities (2)

3. Hold the Annual/Extraordinary General Meeting of Investors through the form of direct meeting or collecting written opinions as prescribed in the Fund Charter.
4. Coordinating with relevant departments in supporting the amendment/updating of Fund Charter, Prospectus according to regulations and/or practical operation needs of the Investment Fund.
5. Assist in coordinating relations with relevant departments of the Investment Banking Division and external partners during the operation of the Investment Fund.
6. Participating in the development of policies, regulations, processes, and guidelines on the operations of the functional array.
7. Ensure personal activities comply with policies,regulations, processes, internal guidelines… and service quality commitments (SLAs).
8. Perform other related tasks at the request of the leader.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Degree/Profession
University degree or higher in economics, finance and banking
- Priority is given to international degrees and professional certificates in financial analysis and investment.
- Professional experience: At least 3-4 years in related fields such as fund management, capital market, securities investment, accounting/audit;
- Prior experience in fund management, fund supervision, auditing is preferred.

- Business English standard proficiency as required for the role
- Having in-depth knowledge of investment, investment analysis, market, industry, financial analysis of enterprises. "
