Senior Manager, Business Analysis (40000036)
Job Purpose
- The job holder responsible for application development: directly consulting and analyzing development requirements from business units, ensuring complete and effective conversion of business unit requirements into requirements for application.
- The job holder responsible for user support: directly support users in daily activities, ensuring users' problems are handled as quickly as possible, meeting their business needs.
- The job holder manages the business and the technology platform - maintaining the strategic product backlog, the execution plan, initiative list and resource plan for the whole platform
Key Accountabilities (1)
Managing the business requirements
- Business engagement – understanding the needs of the customers and operational units to jointly deliver a Product Roadmap for the platform - Channel Management
- Business prioritization and delivery – prioritize with business product owners and develop/maintain an agreed execution plan
Key Accountabilities (2)
Team Management
- Chapter leadership - provide chapter leadership for technologies under the platform
- People and skills – build and develop domain specific skills and knowledge to deliver on plan and to support Level 3
- Manage delivery squads tagged to the platform
Design
- partner with Enterprise Architecture to design business functionality aligned and highly resilient solution to meet business needs

- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or business administration
Work Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial institutions and 4 years in a management position
- Extensive experience in researching and analyzing market trends and business processes
- Experience working on multiple projects at the same time
- Experience writing SQL queries and using data visualization tools and techniques
- Experience in identifying potential problems and risks by conducting gap analysis, understanding and reviewing criteria
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing business results, competition and trends (SWOT analysis, market share assessment)
- Experience in Agile Product Development and a good understanding of Agile principles and practices as well as Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in Agile teams to manage digital transformation projects"
