Senior Expert, Market Research (40000590)
Job Purpose
- The job holder develop and implement customer research plans for the entire line and coordinate with business units to drive revenue and profit growth through deep customer understanding.
- The job holder ensure research effectiveness through understanding business/marketing objectives/needs and applying optimal research methods.
- The job holder consolidating and distilling research results into valuable customer insights for strategy building and decision making.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Plan and manage the implementation of customer research projects on schedule and with quality:
+ Research for building financial solutions và customer experiences:
- Segmenting customers by sub-segments (based on lifestyle, viewpoints và financial needs)
- Understanding needs, behaviors, painpoints và expectations according to the customer journey of each segment.
- Surveying customers to serve the process of creating the overall value proposition for the segment (CVP)
- Surveying customers to serve the process of creating and implementing financial solutions và customer experience nghiệm
+ Research for brand building and development
+ Survey on the effectiveness of marketing activities of the whole store: Survey on the effectiveness of digital marketing programs, Brands, Survey on customer engagement (NPS), Survey on service quality (Mystery Shopper).
- Build and manage customer research database.
- Coordinate with related units to understand business/marketing needs, determine research objectives; thereby advising on optimal research methods or providing customer insights to help make decisions/build strategies/business plans.
- Consulting for staff surveys conducted by Human Resources Division Khối
- Effective management of customer research budget.
- Manage collaboration with customer research service provider
- Train and develop the capacity of employees under management và building the successor team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in economics, business or marketing

- Understanding of Marketing, Market Research
Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in market research
- At least 2 years in management position
Foreign Language
- English, TOEIC 650 or equivalent conversion
