Job Purpose
Implement marketing activities on different channels for Techcom Securities (TCBS) as well as Investment Banking Division
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Participate in the implementation of operations within the scope of the functional array in accordance with the operational orientation of the Investment Banking Division.
2. Participate in the development of policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on Marketing operations.
3. Implement marketing activities of the Department to promote the image of the company, improve the position and reputation of the company in the market as well as promote sales activities.
4. Receive and implement the assigned work plan for each project, specifically:
- Implement internal and external communication activities according to approved plans, in order to maintain and develop the brand of Investment Banking Division; on media channels including (but not limited to): print, online, radio, TV, advertising at retail...
- Supporting Marketing Specialists and/or directly implementing product marketing programs through press releases, in-depth articles, building press communication plans and managing content message quality;
- Support and/or work with Marketing Specialists to build and develop close relationships with press/media agencies;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement programs;
- Manage content and coordinate to regularly update relevant information on the official website as well as on the digital channels of the Investment Bank
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of advertising activities on media channels.
5. Perform other related tasks at the request of the leader.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Degree/Profession
- University degree or above majoring in business administration or marketing.
- International qualifications are preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience: Preferably have worked for at least 3 years in related fields such as Investment, Securities, Financial Institution or Enterprise.
- Management experience: Experience in management and administration is preferred.

- According to Company's regulations from time to time
