Officer, Debt Collection (40001239)
Job Purpose
- Ensure the efficiecy of debt collection based on the balance with the quality of service provided to customers through calling for low-risk and medium-risk customer, complying with regulations/processes, ensure the progress and quality of the assigned work.
- Contribute to improving the efficiency of debt settlement activities by participating in the development of debt settlement processes and guidelines
- Contribute to improving the efficiency of credit operations by participating in fraud detection in the operational process
Key Accountabilities (1)
I. General Responsibilities:
- Making and implementing work plans according to the scope of management
- Perform work in accordance with regulations, processes, internal guidelines..., and service quality commitment.
- Comply with Techcombank's work arrangements

II. Professional Responsibilities
1. Implement the strategy of calling customers and related people of the customer to urge the customer to pay the debt :
- Receive customer list, investigate historical records to understand customer, debt and arrange priority list for processing, prioritize the implementation of high-risk customer collection
- Make calls according to the right scenario and strategy, fully record the operation results on the system, ensure to meet the assigned plan.
2. Implement the risk mitigation plan:
- Receive customer requests
- Evaluate and analyze the current status of customers and/or operational status
- Propose suitable risk mitigation plan
- Deploy approved risk mitigation as assigned

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification/Professional: College graduate or higher
Experience: Minimum 1 years of working experience in collection
English : According to Company's regulations from time to time
Professional knowledge: Preferably those that have professional knowledge in the field of law, economics, finance and banking.
