Job Purpose

The job holder ensure operational efficiency and support the operation of the bank's technology system, contributing to ensuring the results, progress and efficiency of the implementation of technology projects.

Key Accountabilities (1)

Management and administration of work:
Application development:
- Responsible for providing technical guidance to lead the team to successfully implement jobs and projects;
- Monitoring the analysis and timely resolution of technical and application problems;
- Proactively identify areas of improvement needed to improve technological processes while minimizing disruption to business operations;
- Ensure on-time delivery of work and projects and adhere to high-quality development principles;
- Assist the Technology Team Leader in developing the team's blueprint based on Techcombank's business needs and goals.
Project management:
- Ensure project results and progress according to plan;
- Proactively solve problems arising in the process of performing work, including ensuring resources operate efficiently and smoothly.

Key Accountabilities (2)

Risk management and compliance:
- Identify risks and coordinate with relevant units to propose methods to measure and minimize risks in operations.
- Ensure that the teams in the department fulfill their commitments on service quality, comply with regulations and policies of the Bank.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualifications
- University degree or higher, majoring in finance/economics/banking/business administration/computer science
Work Experience
- Minimum 6 years in related field
- At least 2 years in management position
Foreign language
- English Level 3 (TOEIC = 650 - 699) / or according to TCB's regulations in each period
