Manager, Data Translator (40001498)
Job Purpose
- The job holder responsible for building-up, completing & frequently revising the functional compenticies of Data Translator, along with process, templates which help department to increase work productivity.
'- The job holder responsible for support data application development: directly consulting, bridging, analyzing business, process & data requirements from business units, ensuring complete and effective conversion of business unit requirements into data requirements
- The job holder responsible for data issues trouble-shot support, ensure the problems are handled as quickly as possible, meeting their business needs.
Key Accountabilities (1)
A. Reporting and Documenting
- Work closely with PO to manage the backlog, keep development plan on-track.
- Collaborate with PO, Data Architect to define the roadmap, implementation of bank-wide data model
- Define & document end-to-end data requirement analysis process to specify Data Requirements
- Propose to modify and improve processes being applied on bank data platform to work more efficiently.

B. Management of stakeholders
- Make sure Data Translators human resource should be used effectively to allocate to Squads.
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and improve processes by leveraging organizational data to drive business solutions.
- Identify and communicate to stakeholders insights into possible opportunities and obstacles based on collected, analysted data.

- Build-up, revise technical compenticies & apply within the team
- Attract, motivate and retain employees at all levels for peak performance.
- Develop and train junior/senior DTs to improve capacity.
- Identify and encourage developments and improvements within the team.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or business administration
Work Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial institutions and 2 years in a management position
- Extensive experience in Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience writing SQL queries and using data tools and techniques
- Experience in identifying potential problems and risks by conducting gap analysis, understanding and reviewing criteria
- Experience in Agile Product Development and a good understanding of Agile principles and practices as well as Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in Agile teams to manage digital transformation projects
Foreign language
- English Level 3 (TOEIC = 650 - 699) / or according to TCB's regulations in each period
