Job Purpose

The job holder responsible for:
- Support the Division Manager in planning, organizing, implementing, managing and operating all business activities of the Division to ensure the implementation of Techcombank's financial management strategy from time to time.
- As assigned by the Division Director/General Director, directly participate in directing and operating one or more functional areas according to the organizational structure of the Planning Finance Division.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Participating and supporting the Director of Construction Division, model development and financial management, cost management model of the whole goods. Proposing and/or giving opinions on building the organizational structure of the Planning and Finance Division to ensure that the Division's strategy is implemented in accordance with the Bank's business strategy from time to time.
2. Directing, implementing, reporting, and taking full responsibility for the performance results of one or more assigned functional areas.
3. Directly participate in and guide units in the system in formulating and using annual budget and financial plans.

Key Accountabilities (2)

4. Managing the general operations of the Division in the absence of the CFO according to the scope and responsibilities authorized.
5. Advising on the establishment of necessary policies, procedures and tools to carry out the tasks and responsibilities of the Planning and Finance Division in order to achieve the Bank's objectives and strategic direction.
6. Participating in working with external agencies, financial consulting partners, audits, etc. within the assigned scope of work.
7. Advising the Director of the Working Division to develop human resource policies, salary and bonus, business roadmap and capacity development plan for the contingent of intermediaries and successors of the Planning and Finance Division.
8. Assign tasks, control and evaluate the performance results of direct staff.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO and/or CFO

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount & costs) of their function
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Establish and communicate function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting line
- Manage function performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Define team’s capability requirements and enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Identify and monitor personal, professional development and career advancement of talents in the function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

- Degree/Professional: Having a university degree (Master, CPA, ACCA...) and intensive training in the fields of Economics, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Banking
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior financial management position at Financial institutions or equivalent. And has 14 years of experience in the field of Finance and Banking
- English: minimum TOEIC 700 or equivalent
