Job Purpose
1. Build a system to check and monitor activities at the Departments to ensure compliance with the business processes and regulations of the Company.
2. Building and monitoring the risk management and warning system to ensure compliance with the Company's orientation in each period and in accordance with the risk management model operating at the First Line of Defense
3. Ensure Customer Requests are handled thoroughly, promptly and in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate interests of the Customer and the rights, reputation and image of the Company/Techcombank.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Regulations on compliance:

2. Carry out compliance control tasks as follows:
- Develop regulations, guidelines, standards for inspection and compliance control at Techcombank AMC, periodically review and propose amendments and supplements to appropriate regulations from time to time.
- Develop a plan, orient the implementation of compliance control according to the approved plan (including but not limited to inspecting and reviewing debt settlement operations and debt settlement support services). ) to detect violations and propose solutions to handle and prevent violations.
- Identify, offer solutions, coordinate with other relevant units at the Company/Techcombank in implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of Techcombank AMC/wide compliance improvement programs. system.
- Support relevant departments in developing and reviewing internal regulations to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
3. Perform the following operational risk management tasks:
- Develop internal documents on operational risk management at the Company to measure, identify, control and prevent operational risks in accordance with Techcombank's Risk Management Policy.
- Review policies, regulations, processes, internal documents (issued by the Company or issued by Techcombank that the Company is affected by) to identify and control weaknesses/risks and take corrective action.
- Develop and implement internal communication and training programs in accordance with Techcombank's operational risk management framework and in accordance with the Company's characteristics.
4. Carry out the tasks of solving Customer Requests as follows:
- Coordinate with debt settlement units to build a data warehouse to look up information and data to serve the settlement of customer requests.
- Develop/modify/add documents related to customer request handling operations.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification/Professional: University majoring in Law or Banking and Finance
Experience:
- Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in the field of finance/Economics/Law.
