Expert, Onboarding
Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for mastering specialized HR operations, providing solution-oriented consulting, and offering expert guidance in areas under the Employee Journey Management Services Department for Techcombank employees and/or its ecosystem entities. This role plays a key part in analyzing and continuously improving the employee experience across all touchpoints—from pre-onboarding to offboarding—ensuring consistency, professionalism, and efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
1. Employee Journey Operations & Experience Management:
• Participate in the design, coordination, and execution of effective onboarding and integration programs.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors delivering immigration services and employee gifts.
• Provide expert guidance to foreign employees on immigration procedures, including entry/exit regulations, work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards.
• Deliver employee-related administrative services (employment confirmations, contracts, decisions), and ensure accurate processing of HR data on the HRConnect system.
• Process and analyze large volumes of HR data as required.
• Respond to employee inquiries, offering in-depth consultation and solutions within areas of responsibility.
• Generate data-driven reports and insights to support operational improvements.
2. Process Development and Optimization:
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), operational guidelines, and system enhancements related to employee journey services.
• Implement post-transactional checks for high-risk operations to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks.
3. Change Management & Experience Innovation:
• Actively identify and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience across the lifecycle.
• Drive change management initiatives and contribute to the digital transformation of HR service delivery.
4. Internal Consulting and Capability Building:
• Provide professional expertise and internal consulting support across the department and broader HR function.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to strengthen overall team capability.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in human resources, with a strong focus on employee services or employee experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A formal HR qualification is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Solid understanding of labor laws, HR service operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with HR systems, digitization, and automation of HR services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to deliver in-depth consultation and influence cross-functional teams.
• Competency in designing systematic and professional employee programs.
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
