Job Purpose

'The job holder is reponsible for implementing Overall Development Plan (ODP - including Capability construct and Learning roadmap); identify capability development needs, design và develop capability development solutions; plan, manage budget và organize implementation of capability development solutions for sale force in order to fulfil requirements of company's strategy.

Key Accountabilities (1)

The job holder participates to implement capability development activities for sale forces through:

1. Create and organize job profiles, training paths, career steps, hiring guidelines, and assessment processes for different sales positions.

2. Run training sessions and workshops based on the 10-20-70 learning model. Coordinate logistics, materials, and participant engagement.

3. Assist in designing training content including product information, campaigns, and program materials to support learning across the sales team.

4. Help track and support implementation of sales assessments, follow up on progress, and assist with reporting. Work as a junior coach by supporting team members with feedback, resources, and skill-building guidance. Support the rollout of learning plans to ensure smooth collaboration and aligned development efforts.

Key Accountabilities (2)

2. Consult, implement and track training activities on customer experience / Product / Solution / Customer Journey

- Develop and implement PDP Personal Development programs, synthesizing, planning training, and annual training budget for the positions of sale forces

- Develop, guide và coordinate the implementation of personnel capacity assessment for recruitment, appointment/rotation to ensure that the capacity is met according to position requirements.

- Train and coach on customer experience / Products / Solutions / The responsive customer journey to ensures that the needs of customers and business are met.

- Implement training and provide professional trainers.

- Be responsible for management, training, capacity building of management staff and adjacent team building plans.

- Report periodically and/or at the request on the progress of capacity development.

- Other tasks assigned by the management level.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration

- Priority to have a master's degree or higher

- Minimum 8 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of insurance, finance and banking

- Prioritize work experience related to corporate customers

- English by company's requirement
