Job Purpose
- Act as a senior specialist at the Head Office, responsible for developing, standardizing, and leading expertise in the corporate insurance segment across the entire system, including solutions, contract structures, pricing – terms, and supporting complex/high-value transactions.
- The role focuses on the quality of solutions and portfolio efficiency, contributing to achieving business targets at branches, and directly impacting the business results and risks of the entire Corporate channel.

Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Develop and manage corporate customers
- Proactively explore and manage the portfolio of corporate customers according to the assigned segment/area.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, explore new sales opportunities, cross-sell, and renew contracts.
- Be responsible for individual revenue targets as assigned.

2. Lead expertise & standardize corporate insurance solutions
- Act as the senior professional focal point for corporate insurance across the entire system.
- Develop, review, and update the solution framework, contract structure, and guidelines for corporate customer segments.
- Ensure consistency, risk control, and scalability of solutions implemented at branches.
3. Support large & complex deals
- Directly participate in designing solutions, structuring contracts, and insurance plans for deals involving: Large corporate customers; Multi-line contracts; Complex risks or specific characteristics.
- Serve as the final professional reference point before submitting key deals for approval.
4. Collaborate with Underwriting, Reinsurance & Product
- Work closely with Underwriting in: Risk assessment; Developing appropriate terms and pricing.
- Collaborate with Reinsurance to: Ensure risk protection capacity for large contracts; Optimize reinsurance structures for the corporate portfolio.
- Coordinate with Product to respond to market demands and improve corporate solutions.

5. Enhancing sales & consulting capabilities for the branch network
- Act as a professional mentor for: Branch Directors; Sales Managers; Experts at branches.
- Participate in developing and implementing in-depth training programs on corporate insurance (solutions, structures, real-life cases).
- Support in resolving professional issues arising from branches.

6. Analyzing portfolio & business performance
- Analyze the corporate customer portfolio, contract structures, risk concentration levels, and business performance.
- Propose adjustments to segmentation strategies, industries, and solution structures to optimize growth and control risks.
- Advise the Senior Director of Corporate Sales Consulting & Branch Network on decisions related to corporate portfolio orientation.
7. Standardizing processes & compliance
- Participate in developing and reviewing sales – underwriting – issuance – renewal processes for the corporate segment.
- Ensure solutions and transactions comply with internal regulations, legal requirements, and risk appetite.
- Collaborate to address issues related to large corporate clients.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications:
- University graduate or higher in the following majors: Finance – Banking, Insurance, Economics, Business Administration.
- Preference for candidates with a Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Insurance); Professional certifications in insurance/underwriting.
- Foreign language (English): As per the Company's regulations.

Professional experience:
- 8 years of experience in insurance, with a preference for corporate insurance.
- Extensive experience in designing solutions and structuring corporate contracts.
- Direct involvement in handling large, multi-line, and complex risk contracts.
- Deep understanding of underwriting, terms, pricing, and reinsurance.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration: Sales – Underwriting – Reinsurance – Claims – Operations.
- Ability to analyze portfolios and corporate business performance.
- Capability to lead expertise and mentor branch systems.
- No direct team management required, but significant professional influence.
- Systematic thinking, risk control, and long-term efficiency.
- Professional credibility and the ability to advise senior leadership.
