Job Purpose

- The job holder ensure the effective implementation of the business advisory function to make TCB a key transactional bank serving customers in the assigned economic/portfolio
- The job holder responsible for providing transaction banking solutions for the entire value chain and achieving the financial and non-financial goals of the assigned client portfolio by coordinating with related units

Key Accountabilities (1)

BUSINESS PLAN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF GTS BUSINESS PLAN FOR ASSIGNED LIST OF CUSTOMERS
- Ensure the effective implementation of advisory and transactional functions to make TCB a key transaction bank serving assigned customer portfolios => Achieving financial và non-financial goals financial in annual KPI/KRA plan
- Coordinate with WB and related departments to develop and implement ACP of strategic customer portfolio for the development of GTS WB including: customer, product, price, service và customer experience, ....
- Coordinate with related departments including product execution (TBvàFM) to implement annual plans including sales planning and management
- Collaborate with WB and related departments to understand customer segments to determine CVP for each customer segment to bring high value to customers, identify target customers and establish relationship
- Collaborate with other departments to build và develop related products and services, including pricing policy, review and refine products and services on the basis of data analysis of the economic sector/ assigned customer set
- Combine with other divisions and departments to provide solutions for the value chain for the WB customer's ecosystem
- Ensure compliance with Techcombank's regulations.

Key Accountabilities (2)

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT
- Build/maintain relationships with clients' leaders, ensuring TCB becomes the main transaction bank
- Advise customers on areas of corporate capital and effective GTS solutions to meet customers' requirements, thereby bringing added value to customers based on deep customer understanding
- Motivate customers to perform authorization to exploit the value chain
- Support growth in revenue and sales by coordinating development and providing solutions, creating strong relationships with customers on the company's portfolio of capital products provided through GTS distribution channels, and is also responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities (3)

SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT AND COOPERATION OF SOLUTION PROVIDED TO OPTIMIZE VALUE, EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Represent GTS at CST (if any) to develop solutions and provide end-to-end services, and coordinate with Customer Service and Product Execution Teams to build integrated solutions. possible for customers, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction
- Responsible for the initiation/consultation of the services of the Exchange, including pricing, review, and service negotiations.
- Ensure optimal GTS service delivery in the customer value chain by monitoring transaction dashboards and proactively reviewing customer data.
- Responsible for KPI GTS in customer value chain
- Lead and review the overall process of service implementation and transactions, giving advice to improve service standards
- Coordinate with GTS Solution and Service department and other departments to build and provide total solutions for customers

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

- University degree or equivalent and related professional certificates in the field of Banking, Financial Accounting, priority is given to top training institutions
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking and finance (trading services, consulting, capital and/or wholesale banking) in senior positions in sales and marketing và have a recognized track record. Receive business and manage customer portfolio
- Knowledge of GTS expertise in economic fields (customer needs, solution development, operation, risk management, etc.)
- Strong understanding of strategic financial metrics for group capital/CFO functions in key economic areas
- Knowledge of customer experience and the ability to build and develop customer journeys/databases/optimize operational processes…
- Knowledge of technology, thinking about digitization, application technology platforms for both businesses and banks
- Capable of developing partners to integrate the system in the ecosystem with external organizations to develop total solutions
