Job Purpose
'The Expert, Business Marketing is responsible for designing, proposing and implementing comprehensive business marketing and communications activities, contributing to promoting business performance, enhancing customer experience and strengthening brand image. Key task groups include:
- Planning business marketing, communications and program performance management
- Designing marketing & communications content for programs/campaigns
- Building and implementing marketing & communications campaigns
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Develop business marketing, communication and program management plans effectively
- Proactively develop and propose overall marketing plans for each stage, detailing marketing and communication activities associated with strategies to attract, retain and exploit customers in depth by segment, economic sector and consumer behavior.
- Manage implementation progress, budget and effectiveness of marketing programs, ensuring feasibility, measurability and consistency with business goals.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop communication programs for products, solutions and services, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and target customer needs.
- Promote the implementation of service quality surveys (e.g. NPS), analyze results and propose improvements to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the development and implementation of customer loyalty programs, periodic promotions, personalized for each customer group, in coordination with functional blocks and strategic partners.

2. Design marketing & communication content for programs/campaigns
- Propose and develop multi-channel communication content (email, SMS, push notification, social media, applications...) suitable for each customer group and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to build communication messages for customer care programs, new policies and service procedures.
- Ensure communication content is easy to understand, consistent and in line with brand tone, while complying with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor communication content effectiveness, analyze feedback and propose improvements to optimize campaign results.

3. Develop and implement marketing & communication campaigns
- Participate in developing customer approach strategies through integrated marketing campaigns, from the ideation stage to actual implementation and evaluation of effectiveness.
- Manage campaign operations, including implementation standards, approval processes, documentation and reporting results.
- Coordinate with internal departments and media partners to implement community programs, awards, events, etc. to enhance brand recognition and corporate reputation.
- Propose new forms of communication, apply technology and customer data to personalize campaigns and increase outreach effectiveness.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
'- University degree majoring in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Marketing/ Business Administration
- Master's degree or higher is preferred
- Experience: at least 8 years in positions related to insurance, banking and/or management, Product Marketing, Corporate Customers
- English: minimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent
