Job Purpose
' The job holder responsible for
- The ideation, development, product evaluation and implementation of GTS products và solutions that TCB provides to customers. Manage the entire market product và solution to ensure meet customers' needs, compliance with legal regulations, optimize efficiency and manage product risk or;
'- The team of technical knowledge và experts in the GTS division who provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in technology, infrastructure, platform and product và channel innovation. In doing so, they bring operations and IT closer to the client, delivering superior value and better serve client needs through the development of product và solution capabilities across GTS or;
- The development of various physical and digital delivery channels that services GTS clients, the growth of global relationships, and the improvements of TCB’s digital capabilities, with the objectives of enhancing client user experiences and capturing new business opportunities
Key Accountabilities (1)
GTS TRATEGY và EXECUTION
- Understand annual budget goals, and support the development of plans to meet the performance expected from GTS Sales.
- Support the allocation of the annual goals and facilitate reports to track the progress towards the goals
- Engage and work with GTS Sales and WB/ BB segment teams to understand specific client segment needs of GTS solutions.
- Support the delivery of GTS solutions to clients via structuring packages that meet the target client needs.
- Design, plan, and track the success of the campaign, business programs, and packaged solutions in collaboration with business segments.
- Coordinate with segment owners and GTS units to plan and facilitate sales campaigns that employ GTS products
- Identify and pursue new clients group with high GTS transactional opportunity create packages to attract these groups.
- Identify sales tool kits, product presentations, marketing materials, etc. required by segments to support the efficient delivery of GTS products to clients.
- Ensure all programs are compliant to applicable regulations, policies and guidelines.
IN ORDER TO capitalize and deliver in alignment with the new GTS model with a clear focus on what is required of the role.
Key Accountabilities (2)
BUILDING GTS PRODUCTS AND SOLUTION STRATEGY
- Manage the development and maintenance of industry-leading GTS solutions, ensuring team members and internal partners have the right competencies, provide the information, support and commitment necessary to provide the best service that meets the needs of our customers and adheres to strategies, plans, policies, procedures, standards, processes, regulations and relevant risk parameters.
- Work closely with departments in global transaction banking, WB and BB to design effective strategies, and coordinate with advisors/sales consultants to build RFP technical requirements, providing technical solutions, platform enhancements and implementations to customers.
- Always ensure compliance with risk culture, procedures and risk policy, compliance with TCB's Code of Conduct and core values.
- Lead the development of GTS solutions; Collaborate with stakeholders to promptly grasp the latest market trends and customer needs to identify market opportunities, generate the best revenue and profits.
IN ORDER TO achieve market leadership for GTS solutions; and realize the ambition to become the champion of GTS solutions in the Vietnamese market.
DELIVERY OF SOLUTIONS
- Owning expertise and knowledge in critical element of corporate treasury related subjects: corporate technology (ERP, CRM, HRM, e-Commerce, Industry specific technology platform ect), business process engineer and automation, information security, UI/ UX, Legal / Tax, AML ect. This knowledge will be used to arrive at suitable end-to-end solutions for clients
- Owning expertise and knowledge in domestic and international infrastructures / innovation in relation to GTS, providing access to knowledge, industry insights for strategic investment and capabilities building and customer solution structuring.
- Provides the leadership in building new capabilities in the TCB, driving and influencing strategic changes to institutionalize best practices in the market
- Establishes the assurance model that protects TCB’s reputation against technology risks and threats and significant operational control lapses
- Direct the solutioning process, analyzing and diagnosing business issues to develop and recommend creative solutions
- Recommend and influence the appropriate adoption of emerging technology to translate clients’ concepts and needs to implementable solutions
- Responsible for driving high standards of client advisory and on-going customer servicing (providing functional and technology expert advice, keeping abreast with market trends, troubleshooting customer problems) for both internal and external stakeholders
IN ORDER TO achieve the goal of providing a high level of support for the GTS division that translates into outstanding client service delivery.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount & costs) of their function/ sub- function
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Establish and communicate sub- function/ function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting line
- Manage sub- function/ function performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle)
- Define team’s capability requirements and enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the function/ sub- function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function/ sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- 10+ years of experience in the banking industry (preferably in banking technology and Product và solution development)
- 5+ years of experience in management role at knowledge based organization (consultant firms / advisory business)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Knowledge of transaction banking / corporate treasury business and technology is a must, with good understanding of prevailing and emerging technology, solutions and process design capabilities.
- Understanding the industry and customer needs, operational risk, Technology and operation according to the customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in managing vendors / consultancy firms.
- Project management and Analytical Capabilities.
