Director, Operational Risk Management
Job Purpose
- Control compliance and operational risks with products and services in corporate customer segment, ensuring compliance with Techcombank, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the Bank and customers. - Identify, advise and support Head of Compliance and Operational Risk and Head of Division in evaluating and effectively controlling compliance and operational risks arising from business operations in the Division - Orient, guide and control the work of the members in the department to ensure effective operation.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Operational Risk Management:
- The focal point to receive and implement policies, tools, and procedures for operating risk management in the Division according to the TCB's Operational Risk Management Framework
- Design and propose necessary guidelines and tools to effectively implement operational risk management for the incharge Division.
- Implement operational risk assessment activities, handle incidents and operational risk issues in the Division and propose/monitor preventive and remedial measure
- Manage and control the list of risk factors that have been identified in the Division under approval limit/threshol
- Coordinate with stakeholders in controlling the operational risk portfolio of incharge Customer segment
Key Accountabilities (2)
PEOPLE MANAGEMEN
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount và costs) of their function/ sub- functio
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing tea
- Establish and communicate sub- function/ function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting lin
- Manage sub- function/ function performance và provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle
- Define team’s capability requirements and enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching và feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals - Responsible for developing talents within the function/ sub- functio
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function/ sub- function level - Understand và communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification:
- University degree with major in economics, finance, banking, accounting or auditing, law
- Master degree or higher is preferred English proficiency: Level 4 (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
- 12 years of experience in the field of legal advice, compliance and/or risk control of banking activitie
- 6 years of management experience; - Profound knowledge about products/services applied for corporate customers in banking industr
- Profound knowledge about policies/procedures applied for customers under management in Techcombank is preferred
