Director, Fraud Risk Management (40000779)
Job Purpose
1. Direct and manage fraud risk management procedures, ensuring the implementation of core activities, competence, within functions and tasks.
2. Ensure that the policies, standards, and methodologies of fraud risk management are consistently implemented.
3. Instructing employees to ensure fraud risk management services and activities are implemented effectively and efficiently.
4. Coordinating with Human Resources to recruit and train employees of the unit to gain skills to ensure job requirements.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Take full responsibility for the performance of all functions of the Fraud risk management Unit.
2. Direct and manage the design and implementation of anti-fraud programs and controls effectively that stop/reduce fraud risk in line with business strategy.
3. Assist in the investigation of cases of alleged or confirmed fraud and Incorporate identified fraud risk and schemes based on findings from investigation
4. Identify fraud risk and schemes to develop and enhance fraud rules and collaborate with ORM to develop fraud risk management framework, governance policies, procedures, process and operating models to manage risks effectively and consistent with operational risk management policy.
5. Ensuring fraud rules/policies are deployed in supporting risk management systems/solutions as per bank’s requirements.

6. Direct and perform data/statistical analysis to identify areas of potential fraud risk and make recommendation on fraud trends as well as recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
7. The main focal point for portfolio management report & fraud risk management status of the whole bank.
8. Develop and implement the unit's operation plan according to the operation orientation of the division
9. Ensure the unit's activities comply with internal policies, regulations, processes and guidelines
10. Promote the culture of fraud risk management thourgh training and communicating on fraud risk management

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount & costs) of their function/ sub- function
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Establish and communicate sub- function/ function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting line
- Manage sub- function/ function performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle)
- Define team’s capability requirements and enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the function/ sub- function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function/ sub- function level
- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience and at least 06 years of people management experience
Expertise
- Understanding the TCB system
- Understanding the company's products and services
- Understand the rules and operating procedures in the unit
Qualifications:
- Having a university degree or higher
- Foreign languages according to TCB's policies
