Advisor, Strategic Partnership Management (40001075)

Job Purpose

- The job holder supports the Strategic Partnership Management Function that maximizes the value of strategic partnerships by securing privileged access and/or strategic capabilities. Works with internal TCB stakeholders and strategic partners to accelerate execution of the Bank's 5-Year Strategic Plan. Scope of work may include identification and engagement with potential partners and/or deployment and monitoring of existing partnerships.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Plan activities, manage/ monitor and direct implementation of professional activities of the unit:
- Scan and connect: scan environment, short list potential partners, connect with stakeholders
- Structure and secure: understand what add/destroys value for the partnership, support negotiations, secure approvals
- Onboard and implement: facilitate contract adoption, terminate advisor contracts, prepare communication for release to media
- Manage and review: set up governance, identify and monitor drivers in contract, resolve blockers

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain expertise:
- 15+ years of relevant work experience identifying, structuring and securing partnerships and then managing partnerships to create significant value
- Previous roles in financial services, consulting, and/or investment banking working on large commercial transactions
- Competent in understanding value drivers, evaluating commercial opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing partnerships
- Effective contributor as a team member or team leader to accomplish a common objective
- Able to work independently in an unstructured and ambiguous environment
- Proficient in English; evidenced by graduation from a university program taught in 100% English or a minimum score IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 650 or equivalent
Qualifications:
- Graduated with a Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in economics, finance, business.
- Preference will be given to candidates with master's/MBA degrees from foreign universities.
