Job Purpose

The job holder is responsible approving the accounted entries of Teller and authorized to do other accounting at Customer Service ; Check and assign activities of Teller and Cash Administrator at the Branch, perform transactions as transactions when authorized.

Key Accountabilities (1)

- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs), service quality standards set
- Responsible for coordinating personnel in the team and checking and approving Teller's transactions and other authorized accounting staff, responsible for the accuracy of the transaction.
- Ensure that tellers comply with TCB's regulations when reviewing transactions
- Control the transaction execution time and service provided at the counter of the best teller
- Support tellers to solve customer requests/questions.
- Directly serving the transaction needs of customers similar to Tellers
- Support Manager, Customer Services/Team Lead, Customer Services in training/managing Tellers and Cash Administrator

Key Accountabilities (2)

- Responsible for monitoring the quality of transactions made by the Tellers in the group.
- Timely updates on new products and new promotions of TCB
- Make periodical reports to Manager, Customer Services/Team Lead, Customer Services
- Responsible for controlling the arising transactions according to the transaction list of the tellers/ authorized staff for accounting and ensuring the correct and complete documents

Key Accountabilities (3)

- At the end of the day, it is responsible for checking and controlling omitted transactions, controlling arising errors, if any, to promptly overcome and reconcile the cash balance at the end of the day by the Vault Management Board.
- Ensure the actual reserve of the fund matches the cash account balance at the fund, sign and confirm the fund balance on the reports printed from the system.
- Be a member of ATM fund-receiving team at branch/transaction office/neighborhood.
- Perform other related tasks at the request of Senior Branch Manager/Branch Manager/Manager, Customer Services/Team Lead, Customer Services

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualifications
- Graduated from university with major in Banking and Finance; Foreign Trade; Economics or related field… Post graduate degree in management preferred
- English proficiency: None
Domain Expertise
- At least 05 years of experience in the field of Banking as a Teller/Controller (or equivalent);
