Senior Officer, Distribution Support (50000150)
Job Purpose
'Key coordinator in supporting distribution channel operations, from system guidance to business processing and event organization. The person in this position ensures operational accuracy while proactively suggesting improvements to enhance the consultant experience and improve the quality of internal support.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Onboarding support, system operations, and sales transaction handling
- Partner with Training to deliver regular onboarding programs for new advisors, ensuring smooth integration and proper early-stage support
- Review and maintain product kits, operational forms, sales procedures, and internal policies to ensure onboarding materials are accurate and up-to-date
- Manage advisor system access provisioning in coordination with IT, ensuring timely account setup and activation
- Provide guidance on digital platforms for policy submission, status tracking, and basic sales transactions
- Support new advisors by handling emerging issues during the sales process, logging concerns, and collaborating with business functions for resolution
- Recommend incremental improvements to onboarding content and tools based on participant feedback and observed onboarding performance
Key Accountabilities (2)
2. Manage internal documents & support business promotion events
- Proactively review, record feedback from agencies and promptly update forms, product documents, process instructions to the distribution team through appropriate channels, analyze operational data to detect bottlenecks in the support process and standardize the process flow.
- Support internal communication of policy changes, update business operations to agencies, ensure information is synchronized and easy to access
- Coordinate with functional departments such as Underwriting, Policy Service, IT to check and process information related to products, systems or distribution processes
- Participate in organizing business seminars, customer days according to the plan of each distribution channel; support logistics, registration, documents
- Implement activities to honor consultants with achievements (best sales): prepare award lists, send invitations, support program implementation

3. Professional guidance & inter-unit coordination
- Provide professional guidance to specialists in the group/department.
- Actively coordinate with departments such as IT, Finance, Legal when professional requirements arise.
- Participate in projects to improve or deploy new systems in the testing and actual evaluation phase.
- Coordinate event content, oversee reward processing, and support the execution of sales promotion activities while ensuring accuracy and cross-functional alignment.

Ministry of Finance (for licensing and regulatory compliance), bancassurance partners (for sales execution and contest coordination), certified training institutions (for agent qualification and upskilling), CRM technology vendors (for license, contest and training systems), and audit or reinsurance partners (for operational process reviews and sales governance support).
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Management, Information Systems, Human Resources, or Technology.
Candidates with certification in Sales Management, CRM systems, or Customer Service are preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance industry with strong understanding of agent/bancas operations, licensing protocols, and contest mechanisms.
Proven track record in interdepartmental collaboration to execute onboarding processes, monitor sales quality, or deliver capability development for sales teams.
