Senior Manager, IT Change Management (0464)
Job Purpose
The Job Holder: Implement IT program comprising of multiple and interdependent complex projects within agreed project goals
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Develop and implement a strategy and action plan to ensure the department performs properly and fully its assigned functions:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures in change management
- Monitoring the implementation of the changes, ensuring that the implementation is carried out according to the approved plan.
- Track and report the results of making changes on the technology system and the operational status of the following technology systems / services changes.
- Construction, calculation and reporting of change activity indicators.
- Synthesize monthly technology change plans.
- Serving as the Secretary of the Technology Change Approval Council (CAB) of the Technology Division: organizing the Council meetings to review, evaluate and approve the implementation of changes; follow up the implementation of the Council's conclusions.
- Responsible for implementing technology changes in the Technology Division.
- Conduct an Assessment of complexity, scope, scale and impact of changes on technology systems, services and stakeholders.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualification:
- University diploma or higher, major in finance / economics / banking / business administration / Technology
- Language proficiency: English, Level 3 (TOEIC = 650 - 699) / or according to TCB's regulations from time to time
Experience:
- Experience in finance, banking or quality management. 7+ years
- 7+ years of process improvement experience
- Team management experience. 4+ years
