Senior Manager, Direct Sales Center (40000998)
Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for effectively managing direct sales activities according to product signals in line with the bank's PFS business strategy; organizing the implementation of back office services and operations to serve business activities in accordance with the general strategy and orientation of the bank.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Sales and Business Management
- Develop and allocate business targets to the direct sales team to ensure that they are in accordance with the business directions and plans of the Business Divisions from time to time.
- Organize and implement sales activities at the center according to the operation orientation of the Business Divisions and Techcombank from time to time.
- Supervising the assignment and implementation of targets of departments at the center to each employee.
- Implement / maintain and control / regularly / periodically evaluate business activities / services at the center.
- Manage the budget according to the year's operation plan, ensuring the approved limit.
- Ensure continuity/consistency when deploying banking services.
- Collaborate with Business Units to participate in the development of product programs and policies.
Market development:
- Analysis of market potential; Analyze competitors in the area, find opportunities / business activities for the center.
- Searching for customers, developing customer sources for the center.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers in the area.
Service quality management
- Training / Coaching / Supervising staff at the center to strictly comply with the regulations of the Bank's service quality standards.
- Regularly check and monitor service quality at special working positions, positions directly in contact with customers in the center.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Operational management
- Develop coordination processes between departments in the center to ensure smooth credit operations.
- Supervising the implementation of the operation and handling arising problems.
Compliance Management
- Implement synchronously the criteria according to the principle of conduct on compliance-related issues.
- Controlling the compliance with the bank's rules, regulations and standard procedures.
- Ensure that the center's activities comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines...and service quality commitments (SLAs)
- Ensure staff at the center fully implement all steps according to the bank's loan control regulations.
Debt management
- Strictly control problem debt situation and handle problem debt at the center.
- Organize the implementation of regular debt reminder / debt collection at the center.
- Directly participate in the physical inspection of customers with bad debt group 2 together with the center's staff (weekly).
Organizational culture:
- Ensure management at the unit in accordance with 3 principles: fairness, transparency and respect
- Be sure to set an example in building organizational culture.
- Ensure correct and complete implementation of organizational culture implementation plans; employees understand and consistently apply organizational cultural values and behavioral standards.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- Minimum 8 years of experience in related fields and 4 years of management experience
Qualifications
- Graduated from university with majors in training: economics, finance and banking, foreign trade... Priority is given to university degree majoring in management.
- English level: TOEIC 405
