Senior Relationship Manager - Wholesale Banking

Job Purpose

- The job holder establishes relationships, taking care, maintaining, developing Customers and recognizing Customer needs and providing financial solutions and banking services for Enterprises according to specified segments of Techcombank in a safe, efficient and professional manner.

Key Accountabilities

- Plan and strategy to find potential customers
- Design and consulting optimal financial plans for customers
- Take care of customers to give customers the best experience in terms of sales service quality
- Support to organize events/workshops organized by the company
- Focuse on building the company's brand, bringing the highest level of service experience to customers


- Actively build, evaluate and propose credit structure plans with assigned customers and segments. Participating in the process of developing plans and products based on the ability to understand customers. Proposing credit policies, prices and fees suitable to customer segments. Coordinate with CA, Risk Management to assess customer's business capacity. Understanding customers according to 7 components and perfecting the identification of customers' business opportunities. Make recommendations for coordination and support of leaders and inter-sectors to increase satisfaction, and retain customers trading at TCB.


- Act as the focal point to provide information, connect with cross-division PNS to increase transaction volume of the whole chain and related customer groups at TCB. Self-training, participating fully in internal and external training courses to improve personal capacity in accordance with the business orientation of the whole line.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain expertise:
At least 7+ years of working experience, . Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales/customer care in the fields of insurance, finance, banking, real estate, tourism and beauty services.
- Confident communication, professional demeanor
- Honest and dedicated to work công
'- University degree or above majoring in finance, banking or other related majors
