Job Purpose

Provide sales support to Relationship Managers or directly manage relationships with certain assigned enterprises in delivering products and services to clients in accordance with the Bank’s regulations, requirements, and standards

Key Accountabilities (1)

- Support in researching and collecting information, insights, and potential client leads, as well as competitive banking products, to help Relationship Managers (RMs) understand the characteristics and needs of the assigned client segment/sub-segment.
- Assist in researching and gathering information on potential and existing clients (characteristics, needs, etc.) to gain deep client understanding and support RMs in approaching, building relationships, and advising financial solutions for clients.
- Participate in developing the Account Coverage Plan (ACP) and defining actions to achieve ACP objectives together with the Relationship Manager (RM)

Key Accountabilities (2)

- Support customer care to deliver the best possible sales service experience.
- Engage regularly to strengthen connections and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Head Office/Advisory units to prepare proposals and recommend suitable products and services for client advisory.
- Perform KYC checks on client information (inflows/outflows, CIC outstanding debt, collateral, industry, any adverse information, etc.).
- Prepare documentation and work with RMs to plan, schedule, and arrange client meetings.
- Engage regularly to strengthen connections and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure strong control over the debt quality across the entire managed client portfolio.
- Update the Account Coverage Plan (ACP) in case of changes in the client’s business plan that impact the annual exploitation strategy.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a direct business unit serving corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of banking and corporate legal regulations, as well as bank policies, regulations, and products for corporate clients.
- Solid knowledge of the market, corporate client business operations, and key industries/sectors supported by the Corporate Banking Division.

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, or Statistical Analysis.
English proficiency: as per TCB policy
