FI Relationship Manager (40000390)
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for:
- Working closely with the FI Relationship Management Director to develop appropriate business strategies that meet the needs of Financial Institution clients.
- Building strong relationships and enhancing Techcombank’s position with Financial Institution clients (both Banks and Non-Banks) by providing tailored and effective financial solutions.
- Collaborating with business units and the CIBG Division to design and improve internal processes, as well as develop new product structures.
- Driving team performance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Manage, leverage, and develop relationships with customers within the assigned FI portfolio (banks and non-bank FIs).
- Implement financial solutions to ensure portfolio growth, including risk management, to achieve optimal business efficiency.
- Understand customer comprehensively and completely indetify business plans with customer.
- Design and consult on account planning and optimal solutions for clients.
- Responsible for developing customer ACP in alignment with the strategic plans of relevant customer segments.
Key Accountabilities (2)
- Provide customer care to ensure the best possible experience in service quality and sales.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with all customers in the assigned portfolio at both management and operational levels.
- Provide input on product development, process improvement, and service quality enhancement for customers.
- Act as the primary liaison for delivering integrated products and solutions aimed at increasing transaction volumes within relevant customer segments.
- Collaborate with internal functions to identify and assess customer risk.
- Manage financial performance and profitability for the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain regular engagement to strengthen relationships and ensure long-term customer retention.
- Ensure effective monitoring and control of debt quality across the entire assigned customer portfolio.
- Update the ACP in cases where customers have changes in business plans that may impact annual exploitation plans.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Economics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, banking, with expertise in FI/NBFI relationship management.
- Specialized knowledge of payment products, trade finance and financial markets.
- English proficiency as per banking standards.
