Job Purpose
As Expert, HR Business Partner,the incumbent will be an integral member of the HRBP team, depending on organizational structure. This role will be pivotal in providing strategic HR support and operational guidance to business units or Divisions within the organization. The incumbent collaborates closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and drive performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Strategic Partner:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand departmental or divisional objectives and align HR strategies and initiatives accordingly.
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs and policies that contribute to organizational growth, performance, and consistency.
2. Employee Champion:
- Advocate for employees' needs, concerns, and well-being within your assigned business units or departments.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
3. Change Agent:
- Support change management initiatives within your assigned areas, ensuring effective communication and support for employees during periods of change.
- Assist in implementing organizational changes and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and adaptability.

4. Talent Management:
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Assist in the execution of talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
5. Culture Steward:
- Promote and foster a positive organizational culture aligned with company values and goals.
- Support initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within your assigned business units or departments.

6. Operational Support:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and interpreting HR policies and procedures.
- Provide data analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Business Partner or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
