Job Purpose

'Serves as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert supporting the Head of Bancassurance in managing business performance and service excellence across the bancassurance channel, leads advanced analysis of operational metrics, recommends channel development initiatives, ensures compliance with service standards, and drives capability-building programs for the sales force—contributing to sustainable growth and brand reputation in the life insurance market.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Strategic Advisory and Channel Optimization

- Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Bancassurance, contributing to channel growth plans, partner expansion strategies, and product development roadmaps.

- Lead advanced market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive benchmarks across bancassurance distribution.

- Provide recommendations on partnership structures, joint business planning, and integrated service models with banking partners.

- Evaluate and enhance reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making.

- Participate in high-level discussions with bank stakeholders, offering insights on channel performance and customer engagement strategies.

- Review and refine service models to ensure scalability, consistency, and alignment with evolving customer expectations.

- Represent the company in industry forums, strategic workshops, and external engagements related to bancassurance innovation.

Key Accountabilities (2)

2. Sales Oversight and Operational Excellence

- Oversee regional sales activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with operational standards.

- Design and implement targeted sales programs, performance incentives, and advisor engagement initiatives across multiple regions.

- Guide regional managers in managing KPIs, resolving escalations, and optimizing advisor productivity.

- Lead the development of CRM enhancements, sales enablement tools, and process automation to improve field efficiency.

- Contribute to annual sales budgeting, resource planning, and performance forecasting in collaboration with finance and operations teams.

- Conduct periodic reviews of sales protocols, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.

- Ensure robust governance and risk controls are embedded in all sales activities and advisor interactions.

3. Service Governance and Talent Development

- Drive the implementation of service quality frameworks, including customer interaction standards, complaint handling protocols, and advisor conduct guidelines.

- Analyze service performance data and customer feedback to identify systemic issues and lead resolution efforts.

- Advise on talent development strategies, including competency frameworks, career progression models, and performance management systems.

- Lead the design of advanced training programs, combining technical knowledge, advisory skills, and leadership development.

- Support HR in succession planning, advisor certification, and recognition programs to build a high-performing sales force.

- Champion cultural initiatives that promote professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity across the bancassurance channel.

- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure service delivery meets regulatory and ethical standards.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise

- At least 12 years of experience in the insurance, bancas, banking,...

- Deep understanding of life insurance products, sales processes through banks and customer behavior.

- Priority is given to candidates with experience implementing multi-channel Bancassurance (direct, digital, through financial advisors).

- Experience in using financial, banking, insurance software

Qualifications

- Graduated from University or higher, preferably with a university degree / Major: Finance and banking; Foreign Trade; Economics or related field.

- English proficiency: TOEIC certificate or equivalent according to company's requirement
