Job Purpose
'Acts as a key contributor in supporting the execution of business strategies and service initiatives within the bancassurance channel, under the guidance of the Head of Bancassurance. The Specialist is responsible for analyzing business performance data, coordinating sales activities, monitoring service quality, and proposing operational improvements to enhance channel efficiency, customer experience, and partner engagement.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Supporting Strategy Execution and Channel Development
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Bancassurance to conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and identify distribution trends across banking partners.
- Assist in developing tailored sales programs, marketing campaigns, and product solutions aligned with each bank’s customer profile and regional dynamics.
- Participate in the rollout of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with channel objectives and operational feasibility.
- Provide input on partnership proposals, product positioning, and campaign design based on field insights and performance data.
- Coordinate with product, legal, and technology teams to support the seamless launch of insurance offerings through bank platforms.
- Contribute to the refinement of reporting tools and sales dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Attend internal planning sessions and represent the business development function in cross-functional working groups.

2. Sales Activity Coordination and Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze key sales indicators including revenue, conversion rates, persistency ratios, and advisor productivity across assigned regions.
- Support the implementation of sales activation programs, incentive schemes, and tactical campaigns to drive performance.
- Work with regional managers and insurance consultants to ensure sales activities are executed effectively and in compliance with internal guidelines.
- Prepare performance reports and business reviews for management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for sales initiatives, ensuring optimal use of funds and alignment with growth targets.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve sales efficiency and advisor engagement.
- Participate in periodic audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to sales protocols and regulatory standards.

3. Service Quality Enhancement and Advisor Enablement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service standards across the bancassurance channel, focusing on customer experience and advisor professionalism.
- Monitor customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the design and delivery of training programs for insurance consultants, covering product knowledge, advisory skills, and service etiquette.
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to build career development pathways and performance evaluation frameworks for front-line staff.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentoring initiatives to foster continuous learning and best practice adoption.
- Assist in creating service playbooks, advisor toolkits, and customer interaction guidelines to standardize service delivery.
- Promote a customer-centric culture and reinforce brand values through daily engagement with field teams.

Domain Expertise
- At least 8 years of experience in the insurance, bancas, banking,...
- Deep understanding of life insurance products, sales processes through banks and customer behavior.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience implementing multi-channel Bancassurance (direct, digital, through financial advisors).
- Experience in using financial, banking, insurance software
Qualifications
- Graduated from University or higher, preferably with a university degree / Major: Finance and banking; Foreign Trade; Economics or related field.
- English proficiency: TOEIC certificate or equivalent according to company's requirement
