Team lead, Retail banking (1066)

Job Purpose

The job holder responsible for Sales of retail banking products and related services to individual customers in order to achieve the targets assigned to individuals and units; Manage a team of individual customer specialists at the unit towards the set goals.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. The responsibility of Team Leader (60% of total time):
- Developing Market orientation, support information about competitors for employees/team members.
- Actively searching and selecting potential customers to support employees/team members.
- Allocate customer lists to employees.
- Analyze and respond to the group's business situation
- Support the Senior Manager/Manager, Retail Banking in the daily sales management of the retail team and create a friendly environment to help employees connect with the unit.
- Checking and controlling the sales and promptly solve the difficulties and problems of the members
- Ensure Retail Baking Officer achieve individual sales targets
- Following the market's product development related to retail products and the competitor's activities in the area.
- Collaborate with iSenior Manager/Manager, Retail Banking in product promotion campaigns, product training, and creative initiatives for retail product campaigns.
- Development and management of key customers and relationships with external partners in the area.
- Provide follow-up training sessions for employees.

Key Accountabilities (2)

2. Personal responsibilities and targets (40% of total time):
- Renew the list of potential customers
- Performing daily sales activities
- Make phone calls to new and existing customers of the unit.
- Meeting with customers to introduce products
- Interacting with customers according to the customer's appointment schedule
- Acting the process of salling with customers
- Control the completeness of document when closing the sale of credit products with customers (for example: collecting documents, making reports, transferring customer reports to PCC, CCA)
- Provide service and sales activities at the branch if required
- Report daily sales activities to Senior Manager/Manager, Retail Banking
- Ensure compliance with Techcombank's policies and procedures.
- Control the handover of customer records and introduce customers to the Customer Service Officer to serve, cross-sell and manage customer debt after completing disbursement procedures .
- Periodically according to the regulations of credit products/post-borrowing control regulations, evaluate customers, control the purpose of using customer's loan, immediately notify relevant departments when customers have problems with financial situation, ability of repayment, purpose of using loan, etc..
- For problem debts, responsible for ensuring the coordination with HUB/AMC in the process of customer debt settlement.
3. Ensure team activities comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines…and service quality commitments (SLAs)
4. Perform other related tasks at the request of the Senior Branch Manager/Branch Manager/Senior Manager/Manager, Retail Banking

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise
- At least 4 years of experience in Banking and related fields, of which at least 1 years in the manager position
- University graduate, majoring in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Marketing/ business Administration
