Senior Product & Channel Marketing (Techcom Life)
Job Purpose
The position is responsible for developing product marketing strategies and sales channel support strategies, helping to transform complex insurance products into easy-to-understand, approachable and appropriate messages for each customer group. The personnel in this position will act as a strategic bridge between Marketing, Product, Distribution, ensuring that product marketing activities, sales tools, and communications at the point of sale are implemented synchronously, effectively and in line with the spirit of the Techcom Life brand.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Product Marketing Strategy
- Coordinate with Product Development, Distribution Channel, Distribution Partner departments to analyze, understand and develop appropriate marketing strategies for each target customer segment and solution group.
- Build go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new insurance solutions or key solutions for each stage.
- Shape marketing messages, content structure and visual key concepts for each product line, ensuring differentiation and customer insight.
- Coordinate with strategy, product, customer positioning, customer experience and partner departments to implement customer value-added service strategies.
- Monitor product communication effectiveness across channels (digital, social, POS, branch activation) and propose optimal investment efficiency.
- Build a product storytelling plan - helping products become more approachable, emotional, and easy to communicate to sales teams and customers.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Marketing Strategy for Distribution Channels
- Be the marketing focal point, coordinate with the specialized departments of the distribution channels: bancassurance agents, and partner channels, etc.
- Develop sales enablement tools: brochures, pitch decks, comparison tables, introductory videos, POSM, leaflets, and digital sales toolkits. Coordinate with the Distribution, Training and CX teams to standardize sales content, ensuring consistent messages across the whole system.
- Deploy channel branding activities: ideas, messages, identity sets, templates, images for distribution channel points. Coordinate with the specialized focal point of the channel to ensure consistent and effective implementation.
- Coordinate the organization of business promotion programs (sales campaigns, branch activation, customer engagement events).

Manage & Develop product brands
- Ensure all product communication activities comply with Techcombank Life brand guidelines.
- Monitor the effectiveness of product marketing activities according to KPIs
- Be the marketing focal point providing information, content and product images for PR, Digital, Social Media.
- Contribute strategic ideas to help products and distribution channels become different, competitive and suitable for the trend of insurance digitalization.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, of which at least 3 years in a management or team leader position, preferably in the insurance, banking, finance, or FMCG industry.
- In-depth understanding of life insurance products, customer behavior, and sales channels
- Direct experience in building and implementing product marketing or sales enablement strategies.
- Skills in analyzing market data, competitors, and the ability to build clear, feasible product strategy proposals.
Skills & Abilities
- Strategic thinking, ability to move between “big picture” and “execution detail”.
- Skills in storytelling, copywriting, and presenting convincing product content.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple departments and partners.
- Skills in project leadership, effective marketing progress and budget management.
- Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and customer journey is a big plus.
- Proficient in English in a professional environment (written & spoken).
