Job Purpose
The job holder will support the planning, implementation and monitoring of strategic projects in talent management across the organization. The job holder will support efforts and activities on identification of critical talent, retention and accelerated development of prioritised talent populations.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Talent Management
- Research best practices and developments in talent management across industries and organizations to support the design of an effective Talent Management strategy for the organization.
- Support the research and analysis to refresh the definitions of talent for different talent pools and assessment approaches to align with the organisation's human resource and business strategies.
- Support the measurement on the value of different talent programs and design /refresh succession, development and retention approaches.
- Support the research and analysis of design options to address gaps in the organizational diagnosis on talent.
- Monitor and support the evaluation of talent programs from consultation with business and key stakeholders.
- Design an effective monitoring system to track the progress of talent enrolled in bespoke programs.
- Implement and measure program success with evaluation reports and feedback sessions from participants and stakeholders.
- Understand and connect job architecture design, performance management, career path development, succession planning and high potential talent programs.
- Create governance policies, guidelines and playbooks for successful administration of the talent strategy and programs as required.
- Participate in talent management, organizational development, culture and employee experience programs as required.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organization Psychology, Business Management or related disciplines
- Professional certification from CIPD, SHRM, ATD and other reputable human resources organizations is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Development, Performance Management or Learning and Development
- Knowledge of banking and financial services, technology/ fintech start-ups is preferred
- Experienced in instructional design methodology, learning application methodologies and design frameworks
- Experienced with Human Capital Management systems and talent engagement surveys
- Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
