Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for '- In charge of new development, enhancement and launch of Insurance products in alignment with the business plan and strategic direction of Solution
- Lead the projects and strategic initiative regarding the products along with other division, departments
- Work with relevant division/departments to drive the Insurance product’s revenue, enhance customer experience by developing the suitable product and service CVP
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. In charge of new development, enhancement and launch of Insurance products in alignment with the business plan and strategic direction of Division. Work with relevant division/departments to drive the product's revenue, enhance customer experience by developing the suitable product and service CVP

2. Lead the projects and strategic initiative regarding the Insurance products along with other division, departments and Insurance partners
3. Participate in the negotiation and signing of Agency Contract/Strategic partnership as the Insurance Product SME
4. Provide answers to the queries from internal customers and provide the consultancy/feedback to the issues/matter that requires the GI product expertise.
Key Accountabilities (3)
5. Participate in the development of process, guideline of the department, operational procedure within Techcombank and eco system;
6. Other work as assigned by the Senior Manager, Solution Development

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (Preferrably with Economics major)
Domain expertise:
- At least 5 years of experience in Insurance product development
Actual Required Experience
- Have the tracked record and experience in product development in a bank or an insurance company
- Have the experience in developing product concepts, feasibility testing, Term and Condition development, operational processes, customer journey for each customer segment and distribution channel which bring values for the customers and the bank
- Have the experience in managing product launches, enhancement, withdrawal for Bancassurance channel
- Have the experience of involving in customer segmentation, customer research for the purpose of developing the proposition that is distinctive and appealing for the customers
