Job Purpose
'Analyze, evaluate, control retail credit risk and consumer finance for the purpose of developing safety retail & small BB credit risk portfolio
Key Accountabilities (1)
'1. Professional tasks:
- Perform these followings:
+ Develop Risk Appetite Strategy and monitoring
+ Develop Underwriting standards
+ Policy Conformance review
+ Develop New Business campaign policy , Cross sell / Upsell and down sell campaign policy
+ Develop Test cells and Champion Challenger strategies
+ Develop Exception Policy and Underwriting
+ Develop Down turn strategy and Management
- Participate in design/develop products/business program with Retail Business Group
Key Accountabilities (2)
2. Other functions:
- Support operation unit, business unit to clarify inquiries about credit orientation, policy deployment/credit granting condition and appaisal method, etc.

- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, processes, guidelines, ... and commitment to service quality (SLAs).
- Develop yourself to perform well in your roles and responsibilities and adapt to work-related changes.
- Identify and manage risks of the unit in the process of operation (operational risks), report back to the leadership for solutions to minimize risks.
- Close cooperation with related positions, towards the common goal of the unit and the bank.
- Strictly manage results according to assigned KPIs KPI
- Strictly comply with the Bank's Labor Regulations
- Perform other related tasks at the request of direct managers and upper management.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
'Degree/Occupation: University graduate or above majoring in economics/finance/banking/statistics
- 03 years experience in risk management
- Foreign language (English): Minimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent. Candidates who have trained or worked for foreign companies/organizations will be preferred
Overview knowlege about risk management:
- Have in- depth knowledge about risk and risk management
- Understand laws and regulations
- Have knowledge about vietnamese and international standards in risk management
- Other professional knowledge:
+ Have basic knowledge of data analysis and make decisions based on data results
+ Having basic knowledge about the method of building risk management models and applying the model to develop policies
+ Have background knowledge on appraisal/approval for retail customer
