Job Purpose

The job holders is responsible for developing retail banking portfolio management reports
The job holder is responsible for review and identify early warning signs of customers in the RB segment
The job holders is responsible for developing and managing retail credit decision support systems

Key Accountabilities (1)

'1. Collect credit risk data
- Establish data infrastructure requirements for risk management for retail & small BB credit portfolios.
- Develop tools and measures to identify credit risks for retail & small BB customers.

2. Credit limits, credit risks management

3. Develop early warning and risk monitoring
- Develop Policies, Products, Tools, Mechanism relating to early warning and risk monitoring of retail & small BB customers.
- Perform risk scenario analysis, stress test and early warning management.
- Coordinate with RBG & Small BB in training business units on risk identification and early warning.

4. Retail portfolio management
- Identify, control and evaluate the portfolio quality of the retail banking & small BB segment.
- Prepare periodic reports and adhoc analysis reports on portfolio and analyse as required by BOM, BOD and related units.
- Enhance to improve report quality and optimize content on portfolio management.

5. Calculate the capital requirements for credit risk in accordance with Regulations.

6. Risk management by retail & small BB segment including identifying, measuring, mitigating and reporting credit risk: Monitoring the progress of risk remediation, monitoring the debt portfolio that needs special monitoring.

9. Other responsibilities:
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, processes, guidelines, ... and commitment to service quality (SLAs).
- Develop yourself to perform well in your roles and responsibilities and adapt to work-related changes.
- Identify and manage risks of the unit in the process of operation (operational risks), report back to the leadership for solutions to minimize risks.
- Close cooperation with related positions, towards the common goal of the unit and the bank.
- Strictly manage results according to assigned KPIs KPI
- Strictly comply with the Bank's Labor Regulations
- Perform other related tasks at the request of direct managers and upper management.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

'- Degree/Professional: University graduate or above majoring in economics/finance/banking.
- Minimum 5 years experience in credit appraisal, credit analysis, credit control
- Minimum TOEIC 550 or equivalent
