Job Purpose

1. Manage bankwide operational risk portfolio.
2. Set up reporting framework for operational risk management.
3. Set up early warnings based on analysis and evaluation of bankwide operational risk portfolio.
4. Enhance operational risk management culture.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1) Key personnel involved in planning and coordinating the implementation of operational risk management, specifically:
• Maintain loss và incident data; track, analyze and report events and losses to prevent and minimize operational loss.
• Maintain a library of issues - reporting on root cause analysis of risks arising and measures to prevent risks, and communicate to minimize operational risk bankwide.
• Research best practices on operational risk management , propose improvements to new models and tools for operational risk management in order to improve the efficiency of operational risk management;
• Analyze and prepare bankwide operational risk management reports
• Provide early warning of operational risk based on analysis and assessment of bankwide operational risk portfolio;
• Building and setting up aoperational risk management reporting system according to the requirements of internal governance and the State Bank.

Key Accountabilities (2)

2) Coordinating with departments, operational risk management focal points, related units for operations and information synthesis and analysis.
3) Contribute ideas to develop relevant professional procedures/guidelines.
4) Updating new knowledge about modern risk management models, professional training and skills of synthesis and analysis for specialists.

5) Participate in enhance awareness of the operational risk management culture.
6) Update knowledge on operating risk management according to best practices, experiences/lessons from other banks , communicate to relevant parties, propose necessary measures to avoid and reduce operational risks.
7) Perform other tasks as requested by management leaders.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

'Experience:
- At least 06 years of work experience in banking operation activities and at least 03 years of relevant experience
Expertise
• Understanding operational risk management and control principles
• Having deepened and extensive knowledge about banking operations
Qualifications:
- Having a university degree or higher in economics (banking and finance, foregn trade, audit, accounting, laws)
- Foreign languages according to TCB's policies
