Job Purpose
The job holder support the Investor Relations Director to build and manage relationships with investors, in accordance with other public communication, in order to coherently ensure and enhance corporate image and shareholders' value of Techcombank
Key Accountabilities
- Participate in tasks assigned by Head of Investor Relations and Advisor, Investor Relations
- Support to build, participate in the operation and management of master communication plan for shareholders and other investors that are potential shareholders of the Bank (including but not limited to active communication periodically or ad-hoc, providing information requests, addressing complaints, suggestions etc., organizing the General Meeting of Shareholders and other events, preparing annual reports, press releases, investor newsletter etc.)
- Particularly tasks performed by IR function are, but not limited to:
- Assisting in Valuation model for TCB intrinsic value
- Assisting in various projects undertaken to evaluate and to enhance investor understanding, investor value proposition
- Preparing reports on market conditions, performing analysis of Techcombank (TCB) stock vs. others
- Assisting, preparing estimates, scenarios, reports for capital management, capital raising and follow-up
- Preparing, assisting investors-related events
- Assisting IR team in collaboration with other departments, divisions particularly regarding investors communication, public communication, regulator communication.
- Able to work independently, preparing, performing some simple task (e.g. collecting data, preparing dashboard, working with vendors for events of small scales, handling some queries by retail investors, building relationship with new analysts etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned by direct management

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications:
- University degree, major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.
Domain expertise:
- 3+ years of Banking, audit or investment analysis;
- CFA or similar accreditation, capabilities, experience: preferrable
