Job Purpose

The position holder is responsible for:
1. Acting as the focal point for managing and organizing the implementation of work related to HR software systems/IT tools and HR UD programs in the Bank
2. Acting as the focal point for reporting, managing, storing, controlling, securing, maintaining, and upgrading related issues in the technical management of HR's software systems/IT tools.
3. To be the focal point to build tools to ITize the activities of the Human Resources Management block to improve work efficiency.

Key Accountabilities (2)

2- Take the main responsibility for the work;
• Support in setting/delegating user rights to users according to system usage regulations.
• Supporting the management of the software's portfolios to ensure that the lists are set up consistently in accordance with the Bank's purposes.
• Supporting the development of user manuals, training/supporting individuals and units throughout the system in using the software;
• Install, support to install HR software for individuals/units throughout the system;
• Coordinate with suppliers to handle errors arising during system operation and deployment;
• Support in handling and fixing problems (if any) during software operation and deployment.
• Technical support in storing data, exporting reports on personnel periodically and irregularly upon request

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise
- More than 05 years of experience Application software development experience
- Understanding the organization: Understanding the functional structure and tasks of the units throughout the system; Understand core values; Understanding TCB's vision/mission
- Understanding the company's products: Understanding the products/services of the Human Resources Division; Can advise other units on the field of work in charge.
- Understanding of regulations/operating processes in the unit: Basic understanding of products of Human Resources Division.
Qualifications
- Graduated from University
- English: in accordance with Techcombank regulations
