Senior Officer, Digital Marketing (Website & Owned Channels)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Officer in Digital Marketing to lead the management, operation, and optimisation of our websites and owned digital channels. This pivotal role aims to increase high-quality traffic, improve conversion rates, and contribute significantly to our broader business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Oversee and maintain the website ecosystem including site structure, content, UX/UI design, and page loading speed to ensure an excellent user experience
  • Plan and develop new webpages and functionalities to meet evolving channel development needs and internal stakeholder requirements, covering front-end user experience and back-end administration capabilities
  • Guarantee that the website effectively supports core business objectives such as lead generation, conversion optimisation, and brand awareness enhancement
  • Design layouts, produce content, and create imagery tailored for web pages to engage target audiences
  • Manage regular content updates and provide guidance to cross-functional teams involved in website operations
  • Coordinate procurement and vendor management relating to website service providers and technical solutions
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards, monitor web performance metrics, and conduct detailed analysis for continuous improvement
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and ranking for key webpages
  • Collaborate closely with Technology, IT, Marketing Technology (Martech), and Procurement departments to ensure seamless operational excellence

Owned Channels Management

  • Manage operational processes and standards for owned channels including social media platforms, digital point-of-sale materials (Digital POSM), and physical POSM
  • Ensure consistent brand identity is maintained across digital and physical POSM deployed in branches
  • Oversee channel-related procurement, documentation, and routine operational activities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure messaging and customer experience are synchronized across all communication channels to present a unified brand voice
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) that leverage multiple platforms to maximise reach and impact
  • Facilitate smooth coordination and promptly address queries from internal units and branch offices
  • Contribute actively to AI integration projects enhancing marketing initiatives and customer engagement
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the marketing department

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in Digital Marketing or Web Marketing roles
  • Proven expertise managing websites, SEO initiatives, and owned digital channels
  • Experience within banking, fintech, technology companies, or marketing agencies is highly advantageous

Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of website optimisation techniques, including Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with AI-powered design support software for web layout creation
  • Strong content creation skills coupled with experience using AI tools for content writing and image design
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles and user behaviour analysis on web platforms
  • Experience operating various Content Management Systems (CMS), especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Competency in web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on customer-centric strategies and integrating AI technologies
  • Additional experience with SEO and digital marketing tools including Semrush, Ahrefs, and Hotjar is a plus
