Job Purpose
Looking for a *Senior Officer/Expert, Digital Marketing* with in-depth expertise in website content management and customer journey optimization on digital platforms. The ideal candidate will lead customer experience (CX) enhancement initiatives, ensuring the website operates effectively, engages and drives conversions.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Website content strategy management: Plan, develop and monitor all content (articles, images, videos, etc.) to ensure alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze user data, design and improve the customer journey on the website to optimize conversion rates and increase satisfaction.
- Customer Experience (CX) Enhancement: Ensure the website provides a seamless, intuitive experience and exceeds user expectations.
- In-depth analysis and improvement recommendations: Use tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to analyze website performance, user behavior and provide strategic solutions.
- Leadership and collaboration: Guide the content/marketing team, work closely with design, web development and product management departments to synchronize digital strategy.
- Advanced SEO Optimization: Monitor and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 1 year in a role of website content management and customer experience optimization.
Core skills
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Adobe AEM, or similar.
- Expertise in customer journey mapping and user experience optimization (UX).
- Professional content editing and creation skills, suitable for many target audiences.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Advanced understanding of SEO, website optimization and digital marketing trends.
- Preferred: Experience in team management, working with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) or managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Leadership skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
