Senior Officer, Business Operational Risk Management (40000806)
Job Purpose
1. Implement the function of assessment and control of operational risks (OpRisk) according to the assigned work for the purpose of early detection of potential operational risks, prevention and minimization of operational risks.
2. Perform assigned tasks to ensure that the policies, standards, and methodologies for the management of operational risk are implemented in a consistent manner. Orientation and consulting to ensure that operational risk management services and programs are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1) Training of operational risk management for operational risk supervision specialists
2) Responsible for coordinating the team to implement the operational risk assessment plan (in the assigned business area)
Key Accountabilities (2)
3) Compile a list of related risks from internal and external sources of information;
• Supervise and assess operational risks fully and effectively of professional activities and operational risk subtypes of the assigned business areas.
• Review and inspect the operation process periodically, remotely monitor bankwide in order to detect, prevent risks and ensure quality control;
• Proposing the establishment and implementation of a mechanism to review operational processes to detect operational risks.
• Monitor operational risk assessment programs;
• Mechanism to monitor activities to reduce residual risk;
• Maintain a library of reports on root cause analysis of operational risks and measures to prevent risks;
4) Coordinating with operational risk management focal points of all units to support the implementation of operational risk management tools and handle arising issues related to operational risk of the unit such as: loss events, post-transaction errors, periodic meetings on operational risks of the unit, training on operational risk and control for employees of the unit...

5) Acting as a consultant to support bankwide in solving operational risks in order to improve the quality of business processing.
6) Contribute ideas and develop relevant professional procedures/guidelines.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Experience:
- At least 05 years of banking experience.
- Mastering the principles of operating risk management and control
- Having in-depth knowledge and experience in banking operations
Qualifications:
- Having a university degree or higher in relevant economic disciplines (banking and finance, foreign trade, auditing, accounting, law). University degree in related economics is preferred.
