Job Purpose

- The job holder guarantee the copyright of the images used for the designs
- The job holder ensure consistency in terms of images and messages in accordance with the Bank's Brand Guidelines
- The job holder ensure complete design work as required, on time, on time norms (SLA)

Key Accountabilities (1)

- Provide graphic design, meet your design needs simply, quickly or edit on existing designs, design applications (adapt) from the brand guide
+ Design Marketing publications (POSM, Gifts...)
+ Develop artwork for online and app projects on digital channels (with quick and simple request)
- Complete design requirements on time, on time (SLA)
- Guide/Coordinate with design collaborators for graphic design work to support marketing, communication and events activities according to approved ideas and orientations.
- Check and advise on logo standards, colors, ... according to the brand guidelines for brand campaigns.

Key Accountabilities (2)

- Contribute ideas for key creative ideas for Marketing activities, communication, events of the Bank.
- Contribute ideas to the brand guidelines together with the brand department
- Participate in providing advice on colors and logos on MKT designs and products.
- Store design documents in a systematic way, intact, ensuring no loss.
- Use copyrighted images in the process of doing work
- Develop and implement a personal development plan (PDP)
- Develop and evaluate annual KRA results on time (2 times/year – June và December)
- Participate in a positive organizational culture, complying with requirements, on time.
