Senior Manager, Payment Accounting (40000287)
Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for:
- Ensure the timely and accurate payment and accounting of the Bank's operating and procurement expenses in accordance with Vietnamese law and Techcombank's regulations; at the same time, harmonize cost control and internal customer service.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Resource management: developing a staffing plan, coordinating human resources, training and developing the next team, building a mechanism for assigning, recording and evaluating the work performance of employees....in parts, ensuring adequate and quality resources are maintained.
2. Develop, manage, monitor and implement the department's budget according to the approved limit.
3. Make and implement the operation plan of the division according to the operation orientation of the Center and the Division.
4. Develop procedures and instructions on the department's operations.
5. Participate in the development of relevant professional procedures and instructions of other departments.
6. Identify risks of the unit as well as of the Bank in the process of operation, coordinate with related units to come up with methods of measuring and minimizing risks.
Key Accountabilities (2)
7. Responsible for summarizing and solving related issues and reports for Southern Finance and Payment Accounting.
8. Ensure department operations comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines and service quality commitments (SLAs)
9. Build, operate and evaluate the control points in the payment work. Ensure that payments before leaving the Bank are strictly controlled and in accordance with regulations.
10. Ensure that the reflection of arising economic operations (all operating expenses of the Bank) is fully, accurately and timely done to assist in budgeting and budget management Banks are efficient.
11. Ensure accurate cost recognition per unit (according to specific requirements of departments) to help analyze and evaluate business performance of units.
12. Consulting, guiding, answering questions for units throughout the system on issues related to payment.
13. Monitor and understand the accounts on the Balance Sheet related to the Balance Verification at HO.
14. Perform other related tasks at the request of the Director of Accounting and Taxation

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Graduated from university or higher majoring in economics, finance and banking; Preference will be given to candidates who have been trained in specialized accounting courses, have a master's degree or related professional certificates.
'- At least 8 years of experience in banking and finance; 4 years of management experience và 3 years of experience with TCB's Corebanking system or similar TCB
