Job Purpose

'The job holder develop a master plan for internal communication activities according to the bank's operating strategy and brand.
- The job holder managing the overall activities of Internal Communication, including: planning, implementing the plan, monitoring the effectiveness of the program.
- The job holder synthesize data, analyze, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of Internal Communication activities.
- The job holder make recommendations to adjust, change and develop internal communication activities

Key Accountabilities (1)

'Strategy & Planning
1.Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that support Corporate purpose, vision, and values.
2. Lead & create engaging content for internal communications channels
3.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
4.Serve as a liaison between different departments to gather information and share best practices for internal communication.
5.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal communication, implementing innovative approaches to enhance employee engagement.

3. Proven ability to launch and scale internal campaign across the ecosystem and the whole bank at the same time.

'PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Establish and communicate function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting line
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);
- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals
- Identify and monitor personal, professional development and career advancement of talents in the function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function level

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

'Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification in Brand Strategy, Behavioral Economics, or Strategic Communication is a strong advantage.

Expertise: 
- Extensive experience 8 years in brand strategy,  marketing, or communications, preferably within banking, financial services, or consumer-focused industrie,  multinational advertising agencies. Especially, experience in managing large scale campaigns with focus on event/ partnership
- At least 5 >> 4 years in Manager role
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, segmentation, and journey mapping.
- Proven track record in advising senior leadership on brand positioning and strategic communications.
- Familiarity with agency management, sponsorship strategy, and brand governance.
