Senior MEP Engineer

Job Purpose

'The person in charge of the position is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and operation of all technical works in the building including, but not limited to, work related to machines, equipments, systems, materials, etc... to ensure the safety and comfort of technical elements in the building

Key Accountabilities (1)

'1. Control the technical system of the building:
- Directly in charge of managing the technical system of the Building, making plans for proper operation and maintenance as well as complying with the recommendations of the manufacturer or the consultant. Ensure that the work related to the maintenance of the Building's assets must be carried out properly and safely at all times.
- Arrange repair, maintenance, and operational services at the request of the Line Manager
- Organizing regular check of the Building's systems to ensure that the systems operate efficiently, are maintained and repaired according to standards
- Actively solve problems related to technical issues in the field of building operation as well as fire and explosion prevention, natural disasters, storms and floods...
- Participate in and supervise the activities of the Building, including the use of common passages, public areas, control of Building access, security procedures, fire prevention, environmental sanitation, the use of elevators, parking areas, bonsai…
- Keep a record of all information in the form of blueprints, diagrams, manuals, maintenance records, logs and logs related to the efficient operation of the department

Key Accountabilities (2)

'2. Control of works related to contractors: 
- Monitor the standard of work performed by the contractors hired by the bank to ensure the agreed quality is met, require the contractor to perform warranty work for repair-related work, technical equipment system maintenance

'3. Ensure building safety and emergency procedures meet or exceed recognized industry standards and are consistent with local regulatory requirements.
4. Perform other assigned tasks as required and directed by line manager or superiors.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

'Degree/Occupation: University graduate or higher majoring in electromechanical engineering at technical universities (University of Technology, Electricity, Technical Pedagogy or other technical universities)
Professional knowledge: good understanding of office service operations, facilities management, technical management in office buildings.
Experience: At least 12 years of experience in related fields
Foreign language (English): According to Techcombank's regulations from time to time
