Senior Expert, Wealth advisory Management (40000530)
Job Purpose
Responsile for promoting investment product advice through the sales team (RMs) to best meet the investment needs of individual customers in the large asset segment and HNWI
Building tools to help RMs advise and bring appropriate solutions và services and optimize benefits to customers
Providing in-depth analysis of solutions to advise customers on property management/wealth management in order to best support information for the HNWI customer group and the Sales Force/Frontline.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Building tools to help RMs advise and provide investment solutions on the basis of understanding the customer's portfolio
2. Analysis, research and update on market trends, in-depth knowledge of solutions to advise customers on property management:
- Researching – market trends, competitor products… the property management segment from which to propose new product ideas to customers
- Develop and implement risk management/control measures to protect customers (portrait profile of risk appetite, asset allocation solutions...)
- Participate in regular communication about the market and property management activities to the sales and consulting team, as well as to TCB's and external media and channels
3. Work together with product teams to create new investment products to provide to customers and communicate feedback from the market, customers in the process of working.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- University degree majoring in Economics/Finance/Banking/Marketing/Business Administration
- Master's degree or higher is preferred
- Minimum 12 years working experience in banking/finance/Investment/Securities, including experience in consulting/asset investment management for VIP, HNWI clients
- Good working knowledge of product lines, investment markets
- Excellent stakeholder management and good presentation skills
- Knowledge of banking operations
- Understanding of strategy, business model, CVP
- English requirement: according to TCB's policy
