Senior Expert, Rewards (40000486)
Job Purpose
The position holder is responsible for:
- Coordinate with Manager and Head of Rewards and Governance to apply expertise for planning, developing and implementing reward and regconition policies that meets the HR strategy and business orientation in the short và long term, ensuring the desired competitive position in comparison to the market.
Key Accountabilities (1)
DEVELOPMENT và IMPLEMENTATION TOTAL REWARD POLICY:
- Develop and propose adjustments to the income system including: job evaluation, salary grade system, short-term / long-term income policy and welfare programs for employees, etc. in accordance with the approved strategic objectives to ensure internal fairness and competition with the market;
- Administration of the title system, job evaluation method and internal hierarchy to ensure that these systems are closely linked, ensure internal fairness and compete with the market;
- Develop, adjust and issue a set of remuneration policies including salary, bonuses, benefits and recognition policies for the bank;
- Guide and supervise the implementation or directly implement the remuneration programs including and not limited to salary, bonus, welfare, emulation and honor programs/ event of the bank;
Key Accountabilities (2)
- Regularly participate in total remuneration surveys, research and update market trends and best practices making analysis and proposing adjustments to income, welfare policies. and other policies closely linked with the Talent Management strategy;
- Analyze and evaluate internal data to build reports and advise to the management in effective personnel execution and decision-making;
- Training staff in HR Division to ensure uniform awareness of the total income policy across the entire row.
Key Accountabilities (3)
 TRAINING AND DEVELOPING TEAM CAPABILITY:
- Instruct and support Professionals, Senior Experts and Professionals in routine activities: Salary review, Performance Bonus Payout, Incentive Program Consulting, Sales Promotion, Welfare and Regconition program etc.;

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in HR policy planning, management and / or HR event organization
- Fully understand the organizational structure, functions and duties of TCB; the goals and vision of the HR Division;
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent fields
- TOEIC 650  above or equivalent certificate
