Job Purpose

'- The job holder will gather customer insights, develop product requirements and manage the end to end delivery of tasks through agile project management.

- The job holder is responsible for maximizing value produced by the team, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders and supporting to deliver the customer journey roadmap.

- Responsible for designing and building solutions to meet customer needs according to the customer journey from the beginning to the end, ensuring the positioning values in line with selected CVP.

Key Accountabilities (1)

A. Product/Solution Development

'1. Develop and directly implement product development programs/projects tailored to the characteristics and needs of each customer segment/sub-segment, with the goal of achieving company/business unit targets along the customer experience journey.

- Participate in planning phases and iterative segmentation with the product design team to define the overall technical specifications of the product.

- Collect and analyze deep customer insights to expand feature requirements for new products and upgrade plans.

- Design processes for delivering solutions to customers, and manage solution delivery in accordance with established procedures.

2. Calculate pricing and fee policies for products/product bundles/payment services under your responsibility to ensure the highest business effectiveness and competitiveness.

3. Lead and support the team in continuous improvement by identifying and executing improvement initiatives to enhance the speed and quality of programs/products.

- Coordinate and manage task execution, remove barriers to enable teams to focus on product development and delivery.

- Oversee specific product launch tasks (deployment across user groups, locations, etc.).

- Identify factors influencing go-to-market strategy and lead the execution of those initiatives

- Collaborate with team leads to address personnel challenges and project roadblocks; engage in planning and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices and ensure maximum productivity.

B. Product Marketing

- Manage specific tasks related to product launches (roll out to user groups, locations, etc).

- Identify high impact marketing interventions and lead their implementation.

- Work with team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks, conduct post mortem and root cause analysis to help squads continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity.

4. Directly participate in delivering in-depth product training courses to business units across the entire organization

5. Actively engage in collaborative product-related projects, initiatives, and departmental/company programs to contribute specialized knowledge and experience; may assume a project team leader role as assigned by management

6. Implement solutions to manage operational risks and enhance the efficiency of products/services and compliance-related activities; strictly adhere to the company's labor regulations.

7. Perform tasks in accordance with internal policies, regulations, procedures, and guidelines, while committing to service quality standards (SLAs)

8.Carry out other related duties as requested by direct supervisors

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business management discipline

12 years of relevant experience in project management in a financial institution, with 3 years of experience in leading sprints

English proficiency requirements are pursuant to company's policy.

- Experience working with architecture teams to access and size story

- Experience in planning and launching of product go-to-market strategy

- Understands Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies.

- Strong understanding on fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
