Senior Expert, Learning Partner (40000475)

Job Purpose

- The job holder responsible for work as an senior expert , with deep banking knowlege ,consulting with the divisions to analyse training needs, design learning roadmaps and programs, track program effectiveness.
- The job holder track and monitor training budget
- The job holder support manager to fulfil division learning and capability development needs.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Work with LvàD Manager to partner with the relevant Divisions to determine competency requirements, design framework and assessments
2.Work with Manager to partner with Divisions and HR Business Partners to design role based learning roadmaps in support of the business strategy and priorities
3. Consult to implement training plan following bank business development strategy
4. Consult to design training materials based on training plan. Design E-learning content(EL unit)
5. Manage and coordinate training projects

Key Accountabilities (2)

6. Consult to select trainers, training providers for training programs of projects.
7. Partner with internal units to manage training needs and efficiency
8. Review, enhance and maintain the curriculum to ensure relevancy and fit for market
9. Consult to build learning and development policies, regulations, processes and guidance.
10. Perform other tasks at the request of LvàD Head and LvàD manager

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise
- 10+ years of HR and LvàD experience.
- Banking knowledge preferred, Knowledge of HR, Deep knowledge of LnD.
Qualifications
- Masters degree majoring in economics, HR management or relevant majors
- Equivalent to TOEIC 650 and above
